Refunds.

1. Scoping Sprint

The £250 Scoping Sprint fee is credited in full against the build if you go ahead. If you decide not to proceed, the fee is not refunded, but the written plan and quote are yours to keep and use with anyone.

2. Milestone payments

You approve each milestone before it is invoiced, so you never pay for work you have rejected. Approved milestones are not refundable. If we disagree about whether a milestone meets the agreed scope, we fix anything that does not match the written scope at no cost and you review it again. If it is still disputed, we hold a call within 5 working days to agree a way forward.

3. Care plans

Care plans are billed monthly. You can cancel with 30 days notice. We do not refund partly used months; your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
